Career Development
Under His Construction provides a one-year minimum residential housing, education in basic life skills, vocational training for drug/alcohol abusers, homeless and others. Residents engage in career development opportunities to become law-abiding citizens.

1. Our first vision is to grow our local small business with good and faithful employees who will benefit our community.
2. Our second vision is to raise up leaders within to remain mentoring and teaching those that come after them.
3. Our third vision is creating self-employed, confident, successful entrepreneurs
What We Believe
We believe that people have a future and hope when they are ready to admit they need change. We look for people that want a chance to change and stop running from past mistakes and bad habits. We guide our residents to serve, gain confidence, and live with integrity.
We believe that people can learn to live crime free lives, remain in sobriety, and live with peace and joy. We believe that all people have strengths, gifts, and talents to utilize. Under His Construction is therefore a complete balanced model in which our residents learn career development, vocational skills, personal, interpersonal, practical and social skills. Under His Construction believes in an extended family method, a community in which every member is loved, supported, and guided.
